By accessing and using our website www.churchills-diamond-detailing.com (the “Site”) and/or booking our car valeting and detailing services, including mobile services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We provide professional car valeting and detailing services, including mobile services at customer-specified locations. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on the vehicle condition and location.

2. Mobile Services

• Mobile services are offered at customer premises or other suitable locations.
• The customer must ensure that there is:
  • Adequate space to perform the service.
  • Safe and legal parking for our vehicle.
  • Access to water and electricity if required (unless otherwise agreed).
• We reserve the right to refuse service if the working conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
• Additional travel charges may apply for locations outside our regular service area. These will be communicated prior to the appointment.

3. Car Seat Policy

For health and safety reasons, we do not remove child car seats or booster seats under any circumstances. If you would like the area beneath or around these seats to be fully valeted and detailed, please ensure all car seats are removed prior to our arrival. Failure to do so may result in those areas being left uncleaned. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us deliver the highest standard of service safely.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

• All bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.
• A confirmation will be sent once a booking is successfully scheduled.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to weather conditions, vehicle condition, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition, size, and additional services requested.
• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept cash, card or bank transfer payments.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• The customer must ensure that:
  • The vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time.
  • All valuables are removed from the vehicle.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
• Any pre-existing damage must be disclosed prior to the start of service.

7. Satisfaction & Liability

• We strive to provide services to a high standard. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of the service for resolution.
• We are not liable for:
  • Damage caused by existing defects or poor condition of the vehicle.
  • Damage resulting from customer negligence or failure to follow care instructions.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Churchill's Diamond Detailing or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our [Privacy Policy], which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
